He is an aviation operations executive with over 40 years of experience spanning airline management, customer service, and digital aviation strategy. His career includes senior leadership roles at Boeing, where he led aviation operations modeling, customer engagement, and marketing for Asia-Pacific, as well as hands-on experience managing daily flight operations at Alaska Airlines. Gerry is recognized for creating innovative technical solutions that have saved millions in operational costs and for thought leadership through speaking engagements and published white papers on aviation efficiency and digital transformation.
