Jon Mitchell is a seasoned commercial aviation leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding global sales, marketing, and product strategy. Most recently, he founded Lele Aviation Consulting, where he advised start-ups worldwide on sales growth, capture planning, and M&A due diligence.
Previously, Jon served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pexco Aerospace (a TransDigm Company), where he drove consistent year-over-year growth by expanding bookings, diversifying the customer base, and increasing product margins. He has also held senior roles at HAECO CabinSolutions and B/E Aerospace, launching new product lines, negotiating major contracts, and opening markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Known for building trusted customer relationships and delivering results in highly competitive markets, Jon brings deep experience in global aviation business development. As Head of Business Development at Loadsters, he applies this expertise to forge strategic partnerships and expand the company’s reach.
